Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Prelaunch Status
Maison Masque is currently in preview. Final shipping destinations, rates, delivery estimates, and duty treatment are being confirmed with our fulfilment partner before checkout opens.
What Checkout Will Show
Once ordering is available, the checkout will show the shipping methods, estimated delivery window, and total charges available for the delivery address before payment.
Shipping Offers
Any complimentary-shipping threshold or launch offer will be published only after carrier rates and fulfilment costs are confirmed.
Taxes & Duties
The final approach to import duties, taxes, and delivered-duty-paid destinations is still being confirmed with our fulfilment partner and Shopify Markets. The applicable treatment will be stated here and at checkout before orders open.
